Tyler Hawkins, 5, and his mom, Shawna, shout as loud as they can, along with 350 other people, at noon Friday on the Capitol steps in Olympia in support the Seahawks. His brother Luke, 7, and dad, state Rep. Brad Hawkins, R-East Wenatchee, were also part of the crowd. Shoutouts are also scheduled across the state on Saturday and Sunday.
