Mosaic MI is a community open mic listening room that happens on the first Thursday evenings of every month on Mercer Island. This event is all acoustic (unplugged) and typically brings musicians who play guitar and or piano. Most of them are songwriters, some instrumentalists. Genres are mostly folk or classical and occasionally we have a poet. It is a very supportive space, for high school and older of all levels who want to share their talents, both original and well known music. The event is free to attend although members and participants are welcome to make donations to help cover the costs it takes to run the event.
