Seattle’s Tax March

On April 15th, thousands of Seattle protesters held a Tax March asking President Trump to finally release his tax returns. While the White House said no one cares about the President’s tax returns, more than 180 communities across the country held marches. In Seattle, the activists had more than tax returns to talk about, including Washington State’s tax code, which is the most upside down in the nation. Low-income families here pay seven times more of their income in taxes than the wealthy. KBCS reporter David Griffith brings us more from the rally held in downtown Seattle.
