French classical guitarist Judicaël Perroy comes to Carlson Theatre at Bellevue College on Friday January 29th at 7:30pm. General admission is $20. BC faculty and staff pay $15. BC students with valid ID get in free. Get tickets at the Bellevue College Guitar Series ticketing page.
Judicaël Perroy
Judicaël Perroy guitar Seattle audiences will experience is rooted in three decades of international concert life. His career launched in 1997 when he won First Prize at the Guitar Foundation of America International Concert Artist Competition, leading to a tour of more than sixty concerts and masterclasses across the United States and Canada.
Since then Perroy has performed at the Concertgebouw in Amsterdam, Tchaikovsky Concert Hall in Moscow, National Concert Hall in Taipei, and Teatro de la República in Mexico. Born in Paris in 1973, he began studying guitar at age seven. He studied at the École Nationale d'Aulnay-sous-Bois, the École Normale de Musique de Paris, and the Conservatoire National Supérieur de Musique et de Danse de Paris. His discography spans recordings for Naxos, Quantum, Bayard Musique, and GHA Records. In September 2025 he returned to the Conservatoire National Supérieur de Musique et de Danse de Paris as Professor of Guitar.
