Cold and wet weather are frequent during these winter months. Local community centers and libraries are a place to get warm. Find a list of sites in Bellevue at bellevuewa.gov and look for parks and community services. Library locations can be found at kcls.org. Porchlight and the Sophia Way offer day time warming and overnight shelters, find out more Porchlightcares.org and Sophiaway.org.
Public Health Seattle and King County has clinics around the region that offer free or low cost primary care services, vaccinations, dentistry, maternal and infant care, and teen clinics. To find a location go here. King County also provides help getting free or reduced cost health insurance. Details are online here.
In the NW, there are plenty of opportunities to try forest bathing. The practice comes from Japan, but anyone can enjoy the benefits of a quiet walk through the trees.
